California Proposition 65 Warning Policy

California Proposition 65 Notice

California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65 ("Prop 65"), requires businesses to provide warnings to California consumers about exposures to certain chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Some products sold by Rocklands LLC may contain chemicals listed by the State of California under Proposition 65.

As a result, California law requires the following warning:
