Return & Refund Policy

At Rocklands LLC, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all manuals, accessories, hardware, and documentation.
- Not show signs of installation, modification, abuse, or misuse.
Rocklands LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly:
- Special Order products
- Drop Ship products marked as non-returnable
- Electrical and electronic components
- Diagnostic tools and scan tools that have been registered or activated
- Software products, subscriptions, and digital products
- Chemicals, lubricants, adhesives, sealants, paints, and aerosols
- Batteries
- Opened safety products or personal protective equipment
- Clearance, closeout, discontinued, or final sale items
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable by the manufacturer
Special Order & Drop Ship Products
Special Order and Drop Ship products may be subject to manufacturer return policies.
If a return is approved:
- Restocking fees may apply.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Manufacturer return authorization may be required.
- Original outbound freight charges may not be refundable.
Customers should contact Rocklands LLC before returning any Special Order or Drop Ship item.

Approved returns may be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify Rocklands LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Provide photographs of the product and packaging.
- Do not install or use the product until instructed.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
Freight Shipments
Customers receiving freight deliveries must inspect shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
Any visible damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's paperwork at the time of delivery. Rocklands must be notified of any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Freight claims may be denied if damage is not documented at delivery.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Restocking fees may be deducted where applicable.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fees
Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, including but not limited to:
- Special Order products
- Drop Ship products
- Large equipment
- Manufacturer-authorized returns
Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed during the return authorization process.
Order Cancellations
Stocked Products
Orders for stocked products may generally be canceled before shipment.
Special Order & Drop Ship Products
Once a Special Order or Drop Ship order has been submitted to the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is permitted, cancellation fees may apply.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by Rocklands LLC are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims are generally handled according to the manufacturer's warranty procedures.

Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of a non-defective product may be responsible for:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Restocking fees
- Supplier cancellation fees
These charges may be deducted from any refund issued.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Rocklands LLC first to resolve any order issues before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
Policy Changes
Rocklands LLC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
