Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak sales periods, holidays, or due to inventory availability.
Shipping Methods
We ship through a variety of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for oversized items.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
Certain products may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Freight & Oversized Items
Large equipment, shop equipment, lifts, coolers, compressors, and other oversized products may require freight shipment.
For freight deliveries:
- A valid phone number is required.
- Delivery appointments may be necessary.
- Additional charges may apply for residential, limited-access, liftgate, or inside delivery services.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing for delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to manufacturer policies, hazardous materials regulations, or carrier limitations.
We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations may require a custom shipping quote.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Note any visible damage before signing for delivery.
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
Failure to report freight damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. While we will assist in tracking and resolving shipment issues, Rocklands LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Labor strikes
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
