Special Orders and Drop Shipping
Special Order & Drop Ship Products
Certain products offered by Rocklands LLC are designated as Special Order or Drop Ship items and are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, or authorized warehouses.
Special Order Items
Special Order products are ordered specifically for the customer and may require additional processing and transit time.
- Estimated lead times are provided when available but are not guaranteed.
- Special Order items cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted to the supplier.
- Special Order items may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
- Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications and compatibility before ordering.
Drop Ship Items
Drop Ship products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor rather than from Rocklands LLC inventory.
- Products may ship separately from other items in the order.
- Multiple tracking numbers may be provided.
- Delivery times may vary based on supplier inventory and shipping schedules.
- Packaging may display the manufacturer's name rather than Rocklands LLC.
Backorders & Availability
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, product availability is subject to change without notice.
If a Special Order or Drop Ship item becomes unavailable, Rocklands LLC may:
- Offer a comparable substitute product.
- Provide an updated lead time.
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Freight Damage & Claims
Customers receiving freight shipments must inspect all products before signing the delivery receipt.
Any visible damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's paperwork at the time of delivery and reported to Rocklands LLC within 48 hours.
Manufacturer Delays
Rocklands LLC is not responsible for manufacturing delays, supplier backorders, shipping carrier delays, labor disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control that may affect delivery dates for Special Order or Drop Ship products.
Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of a non-defective Special Order or Drop Ship item may be responsible for all outbound shipping charges, return freight charges, restocking fees, and any supplier cancellation fees incurred by Rocklands LLC.
